By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you—please ensure that you read them carefully before using the app. You are not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also should not try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Freezed Apps LLC.

Freezed Apps LLC is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.

The "TrueLine" app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. Doing so could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features, and it could mean that the "TrueLine" app will not work properly or at all.

Eligibility and Responsible Gambling

TrueLine surfaces statistical +EV (positive expected value) betting signals for informational purposes only. It is not betting advice, and it does not guarantee any outcome, win, or profit. Sports betting involves risk, and you should never bet more than you can afford to lose.

You must be of legal age to engage in sports betting in your jurisdiction to use this app. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the app, and any bets you place with a third-party bookmaker, comply with the laws applicable to you.

Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The app is free to download and use. Certain features are available only through an optional Pro subscription, purchased via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's account settings; refunds are handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective terms and policies, not by Freezed Apps LLC directly.

Money-Back Guarantee

TrueLine offers a conditional money-back guarantee on Pro subscription purchases. This guarantee applies only if all of the following conditions are met in full:

  1. Bet volume. You have placed at least 1,000 (one thousand) individual bets while subscribed.
  2. Exact match. Each qualifying bet was placed at the exact odds, on the exact market, and with the exact bookmaker presented by the app for that signal at the time it was suggested.
  3. Accurate execution. Each qualifying bet was placed accurately, exactly as the signal was provided by the app, with no material deviation in stake, side, line or bookmaker.
  4. Proof of placement. You provide Freezed Apps LLC with reliable, verifiable proof of each of the 1,000 qualifying bets (for example, bookmaker bet-slip confirmations or account statements) sufficient for us to independently confirm that the bet was placed exactly as suggested by the app.

If any of the above conditions is not fully satisfied, the money-back guarantee does not apply and no refund will be granted under it. Whether submitted proof satisfies these conditions is determined solely at Freezed Apps LLC's discretion.

Refunds are processed through the store. All Pro subscriptions are purchased through, and billed by, the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, and Freezed Apps LLC does not collect payments or issue refunds outside of those stores. If your claim under this guarantee is approved, the refund is issued through the store where you purchased: on Google Play, we will refund the purchase through Google Play; on the Apple App Store, refunds can only be issued by Apple, so we will confirm your eligibility to you in writing, and you may then submit the refund request to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Where a store does not permit us to refund a purchase, we may instead provide an equivalent subscription extension at our discretion. Refund availability, timing, and the final decision on any refund requested through a store remain subject to that store's own terms and policies and are outside our control. This guarantee does not limit any rights you have under applicable law or under the Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.

The app uses third-party services that declare their Terms of Service:

Internet and Connectivity

You should be aware that there are certain things that Freezed Apps LLC will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app require an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider. Freezed Apps LLC cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you lack access to Wi-Fi or have no remaining data allowance.

If you use the app outside of a Wi-Fi area, the terms of your agreement with your mobile network provider still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for data usage or other third-party charges. By using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming charges if you use the app outside of your home territory without disabling data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, we assume you have received permission from the bill payer.

Battery and Device Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your device charged. Freezed Apps LLC cannot take responsibility if your device runs out of battery and you are unable to use the Service.

Updates and Availability

At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS, and the requirements for these systems (and any future systems we decide to support) may change. You will need to download updates to continue using the app. Freezed Apps LLC does not guarantee that updates will always be relevant to you or compatible with your device's version of Android or iOS.

Additionally, we may decide to stop providing the app and may terminate its use at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise specified, upon termination:

Liability

While we strive to ensure the app is updated and accurate, Freezed Apps LLC relies on third parties (including sportsbooks) to provide odds and market information. As such, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information presented in the app, including that odds shown in the app still match what a bookmaker offers at the time you place a bet. Freezed Apps LLC accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, including betting losses, resulting from your reliance on the app's functionality.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, to the extent applicable.

Changes to These Terms of Service

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms of Service on this page.
