Delete Account

Freezed Apps LLC, the developer of USDJPY M5 Forex Signals, lets you delete your account and the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how to delete it in the app or request deletion by email, which data is deleted and which data may be kept.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

You can delete your account directly from within the app, without contacting us:

1. Open the USDJPY M5 Forex Signals app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to your account settings and choose Delete Account.
3. Confirm the deletion.

Your account and data are then deleted as described below.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, or prefer to ask us, you can request deletion by email:

1. Send an email to usdjpy@coresignals.io with the subject "Delete my USDJPY M5 Forex Signals account".
2. Write from the email address registered to your account, or include your user ID in the message, so we can identify the account.
3. We may reply to confirm that the account is yours before we delete anything.
4. We delete your account and data within 30 days of your request and confirm by email once it is done.

Data that is deleted

When your account is deleted, in the app or by email, we permanently delete:

• Your account information (email address, user ID and sign-in data)
• Your app settings and notification preferences, including your push notification token
• Product analytics data linked to your account, where we are able to identify it

Data that may be kept

• Subscription and purchase records. Pro subscriptions are bought and billed through Google Play, and managed with RevenueCat. These records are held by those providers under their own policies, and we cannot delete them.
• Backups. Deleted data can remain in backups for up to 30 days until they are overwritten in the normal cycle.
• Legal and security records. We may keep limited information that we are required to keep by law, or need to prevent fraud and resolve disputes, only for as long as necessary.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an active Pro subscription. Cancel it in your Google Play subscription settings before you request deletion, or you may continue to be charged.
